Website Design Services
- Website projects are custom digital services created specifically for one client.
- A 50% non-refundable deposit is required before any project work begins.
- The deposit reserves production time and project scheduling on the Taylor'dForrYouu calendar.
- Work officially begins once planning, research, design, content organization, or development starts.
- Deposits are non-refundable once work has begun, except where required by applicable law.
- No refunds are issued because a client changes their mind after work has started.
- No refunds are issued for completed work or approved milestones.
Project Cancellation
- Before work begins: Clients may request cancellation. Eligibility for a refund is reviewed based on payment status and the terms of the signed agreement.
- After work begins: The 50% deposit is non-refundable. Any additional amounts paid may be reviewed against the value of work already completed.
- After design approval: Approved milestones are considered delivered work and are not eligible for refund.
- After launch: Once a website is launched, delivered, or handed off, the project is considered complete and no refunds will be issued.
- Completed work will be valued based on project progress, deliverables produced, and hours invested.
Revisions
- Included revisions are determined by the selected website package.
- Additional revisions outside the package are billed separately.
Examples of work that falls outside included revisions:
- New pages added after scope is approved
- New functionality or integrations
- Complete redesigns
- Major content restructuring
Print & Merchandise
- Custom printed products, branded merchandise, and other personalized items are non-refundable once production begins.
- Errors caused by Taylor'dForrYouu will be reviewed and corrected when appropriate.
- Issues caused by client-approved artwork, spelling, colors, or specifications are not eligible for refund or reprint.
Chargebacks & Payment Disputes
- Clients agree to contact Taylor'dForrYouu directly before filing any payment dispute or chargeback so the concern can be reviewed and resolved.
- Any unauthorized chargeback may be disputed using the signed Website Design Agreement, payment records, project documentation, deliverables, and communication history.
- Clients remain responsible for balances owed for services rendered, even if a chargeback is initiated.
- Fraudulent or bad-faith chargebacks may result in immediate suspension of services and collection of outstanding balances.
